Terms of Service

The working agreement, in plain language.

Quotes and scheduling

Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are confirmed after the initial mapping flight. Scheduled dates are weather-dependent; drone operations pause in high wind, heavy rain, or lightning risk and resume in the next safe window. We communicate schedule changes as soon as conditions are known.

Site access and preparation

Clients are responsible for advising residents or tenants of scheduled work and for reasonable site access (parking for the ground station, water supply where agreed). Balcony or terrace items that overhang the cleaning line may require temporary relocation; we identify these after the mapping flight.

Regulatory compliance

All flights are conducted by pilots certified under Transport Canada RPAS regulations, with airspace authorizations obtained where required. Flight logs are maintained for every operation and available to the client on request.

Liability and insurance

We carry commercial general liability and aviation-specific coverage; certificates are provided with proposals. Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our operations. Pre-existing conditions documented in mapping or inspection footage are excluded.

Results and remedies

Every job includes inspection footage. If a surface within the agreed scope is found unclean, we re-clean it at no charge — the footage is the shared standard of completion. Concerns must be raised within 14 days of job completion.
