When you request a quote we collect the contact and property details you provide: name, email, phone, city, building type, and service needs. Our website collects standard technical data (pages visited, device type) to understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
Drone footage
Cleaning flights record video of building exteriors for navigation and quality verification. Flight paths are planned to avoid dwelling on windows or private spaces. Footage is retained as part of the job record, shared with the property owner or manager who commissioned the work, and not published or provided to third parties except as required by law.
How we use your information
Quote details are used to prepare your estimate and deliver the service. Contact information is used to communicate about your project. With your consent, we may send occasional service reminders relevant to your property; you can opt out at any time.
Storage and protection
Data is stored on access-controlled systems. We retain job records, including inspection footage, for the duration needed to support warranties, insurance, and repeat-service scheduling, after which they are deleted on a rolling basis.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time through our quote form. We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
